Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenvora platform, including image, video, and voice AI generation services, prepaid credit systems, cloud storage, and white-label storefront features.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Zenvora services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

Account and Credits

Accounts require accurate registration information. Prepaid credits are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted. Credit balances expire according to the plan associated with your account at time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zenvora to generate content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or produces harmful, deceptive, or abusive material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these standards.

Generated Content

Subject to your plan, you retain rights to content you generate using Zenvora, provided your inputs and use comply with these Terms and applicable law. Zenvora retains rights to aggregated, anonymized usage data for service improvement.

White-Label Storefronts

Agency operators are responsible for their storefront configurations, client agreements, pricing, and compliance with laws applicable to their end users. Zenvora provides the underlying platform infrastructure.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may affect platform access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
